She didn't hesitate giving out her personal cell number and very prompt with replies to questions.  I recently closed on my new home purchase, and normally I don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but I couldn’t let this person go unnoticed. The process of buying a house was completely foreign to us, and the lender/loan portion is the most complicated part by far. I was constantly phoning and emailing Jeannine night and day asking her to break down what most people would probably consider simple things throughout the entire process, but to me they were complicated. She always answered every question in the simplest of terms and made me feel like she was grateful I had reached out to ask. She made us feel like we were her #1 priority with each and every conversation, which is exactly how anyone would want to feel when you make a purchase this big! Not only that, she constantly fought for us and searched for the best deals she could get for us and succeeded in getting us the terms we wanted at an even better interest rate then we were expecting to get! She was by our side from the first phone call all the way to the final signing when she showed up to be there with us on our big day. She helped make what some consider the most difficult process in life into a pleasurable experience and I can’t say enough great things about her, and I couldn’t possibly recommend her any higher!!  In the past two years Jeannine assisted me with a purchase and a refinance. When I originally considered doing the cash-out refi to consolidate debt/remodel my home I knew WITHOUT hesitation that I only wanted to work with Jeannine. Why? The number one quality that sets Jeannine apart from others in this industry is her ability to listen carefully to the needs of the client and respond quickly and efficiently to EVERY single email, called, telephone call and/or text message. Her responsiveness always made me feel as though I was actually her only customer! Communication is the key. Number two? Jeannine is always accurate and concise. She simply does not make mistakes. Having a mortgage broker do everything right during the loan process, the first time, provides peace of mind to the home owner because you know you are in the right hands. Third, she works in a cohesive environment where the application process works like a well-oiled machine. There are just a few people involved in getting the loan submitted, approved and funded, which helps eliminate confusion and frustration. In-house underwriting helps ensure that response times are not ridiculously long like in a commercial lending environment. It is not as though there are 8 different people in 5 different states working to put the loan package together, where one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. The turnaround time in Jeannine's office with a purchase and a refinance are phenomenal. A commercial lender would have taken close to 90 days to complete my refinance, but Jeannine was able to wrap it up within around a month!!! Jeannine really does care about pleasing her clients and ensuring we are satisfied. You will never hear excuses as to what she cannot do, you will only hear her talking about what can be done. She is well versed in her trade; she has the talent to think outside the box to help you accomplish your home loan goals. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Jeannine!
