 JEANNINE DOWNEY - LOAN OFFICER

Jeannine is a native Oregonian and has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. Jeannine provides financing that fits your overall short and long-term financial objectives, while delivering outstanding customer service.

She understands that the home financing process can be stressful and sometimes unpleasant. At Mortgage Express she has been provided with the tools, knowledge and loan programs that will benefit you best. As your mortgage consultant, Jeannine will strive to provide you with a stress-free loan transaction through excellent service and communication along with industry competitive rates and fees. Her goal is to make every client a customer for life. The greatest compliment Jeannine can receive are referrals from my past clients. 

ALI ERICKSON - LOAN OFFICER ASST. 

Ali helps our clients and the loan processor to make sure conditions are received on time so your loan is processed in a smooth and efficient manner. Ali has worked in the mortgage industry since 2004 in a variety of rolls. Her favorite part of her job is working directly with and helping our clients cross the finish line to loan funding. 

KEJA NEWSTROM - LOAN PROCESSOR

 Keja works closely with Jeannine and Ali to make sure your loan is processed as efficiently as possible in a timely fashion. Keja has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. She sends all the disclosures for you to e-sign, submits to underwriting, orders closing documents, works with all third party vendors as well as makes sure your loan funds on time.
